By accessing or using TradeVoice AI ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Not Financial Advice

TradeVoice AI provides AI-generated analysis and information for educational and research purposes only. Nothing on the Platform constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. All trading involves risk. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

3. Paper Trading

The paper trading environment uses simulated funds and connects to broker paper trading APIs. It does not involve real money. Automated execution features operate on paper accounts only unless explicitly configured for live trading.

4. Permitted Use

• The Platform is for personal, non-commercial use unless you have a commercial license.
• You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, resell, or redistribute the Platform or its AI outputs.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Access & Accounts

Access requires approval. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion. Demo accounts are provided as-is with no guarantees of availability.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI outputs will be accurate or complete.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeVoice AI and its operators shall not be liable for any trading losses, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
